These Terms & Conditions govern all coaching services provided by Lunar Reflections LLC (“the Business”). By enrolling yourself, your child or family in coaching, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Nature of Services – Not Therapy
Coaching is an educational, developmental, and skills‑based service. It is not therapy, counseling, psychology, psychiatry, or any form of mental health treatment. Coaches do not diagnose, treat, or prevent mental health conditions. If clinical support is needed, families must seek a licensed mental health professional.
3. Mandatory Parental Participation
Coaching is a family partnership. Parents or legal guardians agree to:
Attend required parent sessions; Participate in home‑based follow‑through; Maintain a supportive environment; Communicate openly about challenges or concerns. Failure to participate may result in paused or terminated services.
4. Home Emotional Support Expectations
Parents agree to reinforce coaching tools at home, provide emotional stability, and support the child’s progress between sessions. Coaching outcomes depend heavily on home environment consistency.
5. Coaching Session Policies
Scheduling: Sessions must be booked in advance.
Cancellations: Cancellations within 24 hours may be charged at full rate.
Late Arrivals: Sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of arrival.
Communication: Email or portal messaging is available for brief updates; coaching does not include crisis support.
6. Fees & Payment
Fees for coaching services are listed on the booking page or invoice. Payment is due prior to the start of services unless otherwise stated. Missed sessions, late cancellations, or rescheduling policies are outlined in your onboarding materials.
7. Cancellation & Termination
The Business reserves the right to discontinue services if:
Safety concerns arise; Parental participation is not maintained; Coaching is no longer appropriate. Clients may cancel services at any time with written notice.
8. Confidentiality
The Business maintains strict confidentiality except where disclosure is required by law. Parents have access to their child’s coaching records unless restricted by safety concerns or legal requirements.

16. Termination of Services
The Business may terminate services if:
Safety concerns arise; Parental participation is not maintained; Fees are unpaid; Coaching is no longer appropriate or beneficial. Parents may terminate services at any time with written notice.
17. Limitation of Liability
The Business is not liable for outcomes, decisions, or actions taken by parents or children outside of coaching sessions. Coaching is educational and supportive; no specific results are guaranteed.
